W Talent is now looking to recruit several highly motivated Production Team Leaders to join a well-established manufacturing business located in Worksop. As a Production Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Production Managers with the day-to-day running of operations, driving team performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.Company InformationBased in Worksop, our client is part of a wider group of companies supplying purpose-built products across the UK. With a strong portfolio of trusted brands, the business is now looking to expand its leadership team through the appointment of several Production Team Leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team of production operatives with full accountability for daily performance, including meeting key KPIs.Make key operational decisions in the absence of the Production Manager.Take responsibility for all areas of the production facility, providing clear and consistent communication to other team members.Support and monitor new team members, identifying training and development needs.Assist with production tasks and ensure smooth shift handovers, including completion of all relevant documentation.Work closely with the Quality team to manage product defects, carrying out root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.Monitor and manage absence and lateness, disciplinary issues, holiday allocation, and sickness cover.Key RequirementsTo be considered for a Production Team ..... full job details .....
