No classroom experience is necessary we''re looking for individuals with the right attitude, calmness, patience, and a supportive nature to help students thrive in their learning environment. We can offer roles between 2 and 5 days per week in Birkenhead. Often you will start on 3-4 days per week and increase that when you have shown reliability. Role Details: Support students 1-to-1 in class with their schoolwork under a teacher s supervision Assist learners in understanding instructions through various methods, boosting their self-confidence and independence Recognise signs of distress, provide reassurance, and implement care programmes as required Help learners communicate effectively, offering guidance and support where needed What We re Looking For: Caring and understanding nature Due to the nature of the role, reliability and ability to think on your feet is essential Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English The desire to support students with diverse needs Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £13.00 + holiday pay.
