This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in strengthening the risk culture and framework of a prominent investment platform provider with strong market presence and regulatory standing.About the RoleOur client’s Group Risk Management (GpRM) function oversees all risk activities across the business, ensuring regulatory compliance, strategic alignment, and operational resilience. As Senior Risk Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in driving the development and maturity of the Group’s risk management processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.This is a highly visible role, offering the chance to support strategic decision-making, shape risk frameworks, and interact with stakeholders across all levels of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain risk management tools and frameworksSupport embedding a strong risk culture across the businessMaintain and refine risk appetite statements, metrics, and escalation pointsCoordinate timely and accurate risk reporting to boards and committeesFacilitate regular risk and control reviews with business unitsMonitor and enhance data quality in the Group''s GRC systemContribute to ICARA/ORSA processes across multiple regulatory regimesTrack and interpret regulatory changes impacting risk managementMentor junior analysts and support the broader risk team developmentMinimum 4 years’ experience in risk management within financial servicesPractical knowledge of risk frameworks, RCSAs, and regulatory risk reportingStrong stakeholder engagement and business partnering abilityProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelStrong written skills, with experience contributing to board-level reportingClear communicator with ability to summarise complex risk dataStrong analytical and decision-making skillsProcess-oriented with a continuous improvement mindsetSkilled in mentoring and supporting junior colleaguesCollaborative, adaptable, and highly motivatedIf you''re a driven risk professional looking for your next challenge within a growing and reputable financial services group, we’d love to hear from you.Apply today or contact us in confidence to find out more about the role and company.Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
