ITS Building People is looking for an ambitious and driven White Collar Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our established Chepstow office.

The Role

You''ll be responsible for developing and managing a busy white collar temporary desk, recruiting professionals across a range of construction disciplines.

You''ll build relationships with new and existing clients, source high-quality candidates, manage the full recruitment process, and develop your own desk with the support of an experienced management team.

We''re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience (construction recruitment is highly desirable)
• A proven track record of developing business and managing client relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, motivated, and target-driven approach
