OverviewCommercial Account Manager - Renewable Energy at OVO. This role sits in the Renewable Energy Team. Salary banding: £33,050 - £38,000 depending on experience. Experience: Mid-Level. Where you’ll work and what you’ll doYou’ll be assigned to our Bristol hub, where each hub has accessible spaces to park your laptop, designed to inspire people, help them connect and bring big ideas to life. For this role, we expect hub based people to be in the office at least twice a week, and to go to OVO Connection events in-person. This role sits within a team of energy experts working on domestic renewable energy and market-leading propositions and tariffs for customers with solar generation at home. You’ll be at the forefront of the UK’s renewable energy transition, delivering real commercial and climate value for our customers.

Your key outcomes
Operate as the main point of contact for commercial generators, developing and maintaining long-term relationships to deliver a first-class customer experience.
Operate processes efficiently and accurately to ensure we get things right first time, and continually improve outcomes for customers.
Proactively and comprehensively solve issues when they arise.
Embed customers at the heart of our processes and continuously seek ways to improve and develop processes to better serve our customers.
Develop an understanding of our contractual obligations and ensure we adhere to these in our processes and communications with customers.
Plan and deliver your own workload within agreed timeframes.
Prepare reports on key metrics with support from team analysts, highlighting focus areas, risks and potential improvements.
Collect and analyse data concerning generator behavior to understand changing needs (with support from team analysts).
Coordinate with colleagues and stakeholders across the business to ensure consistent service levels.
Qualifications and who you are

You have experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally with commercial/B2B customers.

Are comfortable self-managing your workload and prioritising tasks.
Are collaborative and enjoy working with others to deliver optimal results.
