Data and Insights Manager Salary: £50,000 - £52,000London (Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office) I''m currently working with a well-known national charity looking to hire a Data and Insights Manager to lead and develop their growing insight function. This is a newly created role, managing two established analysts and playing a key part in supporting an ambitious new fundraising strategy. The organisation is looking to move beyond traditional reporting and make much better use of its data to understand audiences, inform fundraising decisions and generate genuinely actionable insight. You''ll help develop areas such as audience profiling and segmentation, propensity modelling and lifetime value analysis, while ensuring existing reporting and data selections continue to be delivered effectively.
