Job Summary:We are hiring Pastry Chefs of all levels
Chef de Partie, Pastry Sous Chefs, and Head Pastry Chefs
to work in high-volume, fresh food kitchens across Liverpool. Join a professional and supportive team delivering high-quality desserts in fast-paced environments such as hotels, banqueting venues, restaurants, and event spaces.Benefits:£15£20 per hour(depending on role and experience)
Weekly pay (PAYE)no umbrella payroll

Responsibilities:Prepare and produce a variety of pastry items using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Work efficiently in high-volume kitchens, maintaining quality and consistency
Support or lead the pastry section depending on experience level
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Adapt to different kitchen environments and team structures
Requirements:Experience as a Pastry CDP, Sous Chef, or Head Pastry Chef in fresh food, high-volume settings
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques (plated desserts, doughs, ice creams, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time
Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (preferred)
