The postholder will help ensure accurate record keeping, support audit and inspection activities, maintain compliance frameworks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that promote regulatory compliance and service excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance and ComplianceSupport the implementation and maintenance of organisational policies, procedures and governance frameworks.Maintain central registers for policies, procedures and compliance documentation.Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.Maintain compliance trackers, records and supporting documentation.Assist in preparing reports, papers and documentation for governance meetings and committees.Quality Assurance and AuditSupport the coordination and administration of internal audit programmes.Assist with audit scheduling, evidence collection and report preparation.Maintain audit records and monitor corrective and improvement actions.Support teams in preparing for external inspections, audits and reviews.Contribute to quality improvement ..... full job details .....
