Administrator, ASAP start for 6 months+, West Birmingham-based, full-time and part-time available Your new company You will be working for a public sector organisation in Birmingham. There are full-time and part-time work opportunities, so please ensure your CV outlines your preference. Your new role Within your role of Administrator, you will deliver comprehensive administrative support across the business, working collaboratively with teams to ensure efficient service delivery. You will utilise a range of IT systems, acting as a key user and advisor for numerous work processes. You will be responsible for minuting various meetings, including highly sensitive and confidential meetings, managing diaries and appointments, handling communications, and maintaining accurate records and data entries. You will also manage financial processing, stock control, and facilities support, while ensuring compliance with company policies on equality, health and safety, and financial regulations. You will contribute to continuous improvement, support colleagues as needed, and participate in performance appraisals, all while upholding a professional and inclusive environment.
