ideal for a commercially sharp, operationally engaged finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead all day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, cashflow, and cost controlManage month-end and year-end processes, producing accurate, timely financial reportingPartner closely with the Directors and GMs to support business strategy and key decision-makingOversee financial systems and controls, ensuring accuracy and complianceMonitor supplier relationships, purchasing, and stock control to ensure profitability across all venuesBe present and proactive

this is a highly visible role requiring engagement with the wider operations teamAbout You:CIMA qualified (essential)Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality finance

ideally within luxury or multi-site groupsHighly proficient in hospitality systems (POS, stock management, payroll, etc.)Commercially minded with a strong understanding of FandB and operational performance metricsConfident, collaborative and solutions-focused, with the ability to work closely with non-finance teams
