Our client is a small UK based IT organisation who pride themselves on providing a professional IT Support Service across Sussex.They are now looking for an experienced 1st / 2nd line engineer to join their team based in Newhaven.Position OverviewResolving IT support issues with a pressurised environmentManaging work queues and prioritising IT support queriesEnsuring customers support issues are logged and recorded with sufficient detailTroubleshooting / network connectivity50% office based, 50% on-siteInstall, upgrade, support and troubleshoot IT HardwareWill need to be DBS checkedPosition RequirementsExperience in an IT support roleActive DirectoryVoIP TechnologiesWordPress, HTLM and CSS is desirableGood network knowledge (setting up routers, wireless networks, DNS and DHCP)Knowledge of Office 365 and serversKnowledge of networking and virtualisationFull UK clean driving licensePosition RemunerationMonday to Friday 9am – 17:00pm25 days holiday including bank holiday (extra day off each year of service)Pension SchemeCompany eventsPool car available for any tripsUdemy business account / upskill and courses regularly
