This role is ideal for someone with experience handling clients in the science and technology sector, although we may also consider a commercial account handler looking to transition into this specialised market. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a robust client portfolio, develop technical expertise, and progress towards a future Account Executive role. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of science and technology clients, acting as their primary point of contact.Oversee renewals, policy administration, endorsements, and cancellations.Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, Consumer Duty obligations, and internal standards.Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage and mitigate risk.Support and mentor junior colleagues, collaborating across teams to meet client needs.Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge, liaise with insurers, and negotiate terms that benefit clients.
