We are recruiting Support Workers to join our team in Birchington, providing care for three adult brothers with learning disabilities, autism, and complex challenging behaviours. Successful candidates will demonstrate quick thinking, proactivity, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting individuals across all aspects of their personal lives. Whilst no two days are identical, typical responsibilities may include: Supporting individuals to engage in daily living activities, including full participation in their local community and beyond. Facilitating social activities and maintaining connections with family and friends. Assisting with financial management.
