Requirements for a SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working with SEN pupils or in a SEN Teaching Assistant role
• A caring, patient and adaptable approach
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Understanding of behaviour support strategies
• Commitment to supporting pupil wellbeing and progress
