They are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join them on a 12 Month Contract in Manchester. You will take ownership of electrical works on site, managing teams, subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. The project is a high-rise residential scheme with a value of £130 Million. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of day-to-day electrical installations on a high-rise residential site. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site operatives to ensure smooth, on-time delivery. Ensure HSEQ standards are upheld across all MEP activities Serve as the primary point of contact for the Project Manager, clients, and wider project team. Ensure all electrical works are completed in accordance with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Promote continuous improvement, ensuring efficiency and high-quality workmanship on site. Experience: Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager within building services projects.
