Demand Planner - Responsibilities:Manage demand planning activities for both internal manufacturing sites and external suppliersProduce and maintain accurate sales forecasts using sales data, market trends, customer insight, and commercial inputAnalyse stock levels and future demand requirements to ensure optimal inventory availabilityPlace and manage purchase orders for finished goods with suppliersMonitor and report on overstocks, slow-moving products, and discontinued linesBuild and maintain strong supplier relationshipsSupport onboarding of new suppliersMonitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvementManage supplier queries and disputes professionally and effectivelyNegotiate commercial terms including incoterms and payment termsLiaise with manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs agents, logistics providers, and warehouse teamsCoordinate inbound shipments and ensure stock arrives in line with demand requirementsManage export, international deliveries, and direct container fulfilmentIdentify stock shortages, excess stock, and inventory risks, taking proactive action to minimise impactProduce reports and analysis for senior leadership and key stakeholderDemand Planner - Candidate Profile:Previous experience within demand planning, supply chain, inventory planning, or forecastingStrong analytical and reporting skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience working with suppliers and international logistics would be ..... full job details .....
