Cobalt is working with a founder-led residential block management business to appoint a Head of Risk, Governance and Building Safety as it strengthens its approach to governance, compliance and building safety. This is an opportunity to join a growing specialist managing agent where the successful candidate will have direct access to senior leadership and visible backing from the founders.
