Working closely with the service coordinators to ensure best technical solutions are met whilst maintaining customer SLA s. Ensure all service reports are submitted in a timely manner and all associated admin tasks are completed as per agreed timeframes Assisting other Engineers in the field when required with complex repairs. Provide technical support to customers and other Engineers when required. Experience: HNC/HND in relevant discipline and / or minimum 3 years experience working as a field service engineer in X-ray or a similar environment.
