M365 Consultant - MS Partner of the YearErgo IT Recruitment Services

is seeking an M365 Consultant for a permanent hybrid role with our Modern Work team. Current Microsoft Partner of the Year, Ergo, are looking for an experienced consultant to deliver Microsoft 365 solutions to Ireland''s public and private sector clients.

OverviewYou will join an MVP-led team in a company with multiple Microsoft awards, focusing on Microsoft 365 deployments, configuration, and ongoing support.

What will you do?

Lead implementation phase of greenfield and/or brownfield deployments of IT systems and solutions.

Configure and deploy Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Copilot.

Configure and deploy Microsoft Cloud Technologies, specifically Microsoft 365 workloads.

Gather customer requirements and provision High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation reflecting the required design.

Run Technical Design Workshops with customers.

Support the Pre-Sales process with technical SME contributions on opportunities (occasional).

Design, plan, and deliver Microsoft 365 hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations.

Produce, execute, and document tests as part of client acceptance, including knowledge transfer when required.

Produce and complete project handover documentation.

Collaborate with internal project teams and external clients and vendors as part of project delivery.

What experience / skills do I need?

5+ years of experience in Cloud Consultancy.

Proficiency in configuring and deploying Microsoft 365 in large environments.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including:

Microsoft Entra

Microsoft Purview

Office 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations

Exchange Online design and security

Exchange on-premises / Exchange Hybrid / Active Directory configuration and design

Candidates should have relevant certifications such as:

Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert

Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate

Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert

Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate
