Our client, a global leader in financial services technology, is seeking a Product Owner to help shape and deliver the vision for their platforms. Working closely with Product Managers, Agile teams, and stakeholders, you''ll ensure the team backlog reflects customer needs and that product strategy translates into tangible business value.The Role

As Product Owner, you will be accountable for maximising value delivered by feature teams, driving customer-centric solutions, and supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle. You''ll act as the link between business, technology, and delivery, balancing stakeholder demands with the realities of agile delivery.Key Responsibilities

Define, prioritise, and manage the team backlog, ensuring business alignment and customer valueTranslate product vision and strategy into user stories, MVPs, and backlog itemsPartner with Product Managers to inform roadmap, feasibility, and desirability of solutionsSupport Agile teams with clear requirements, scope, and prioritisation guidanceGather and apply feedback to continuously improve solutions and delivery outcomesAct as a bridge between business units, technology, and support teams to ensure clarity and alignmentEssential Experience

5+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Business AnalystProven experience delivering complex products in fast-paced environmentsStrong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and product lifecycle managementExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience translating strategy into actionable backlog and release plansDesirable

Financial services experienceExposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar toolsUnderstanding of financial market protocolsExperience setting outcome-focused goals using OKRsNext Steps
