Duties will include:• Providing targeted 1:1 and small-group Science tutoring up to GCSE level• Supporting pupils with exam preparation, revision strategies, and subject understanding• Working with pupils who require additional academic intervention• Monitoring progress and feeding back to teaching staff• Acting as a positive role model within the school environment• Supporting pupils with organisation, motivation, and study skills• Maintaining professional standards and safeguarding responsibilities at all times Person Specification• A high-achieving graduate with a strong academic background in Science• KS4 tutoring experience is essential• Currently working within the education sector (e.g. school-based role, tutoring, mentoring)• Strong desire to pursue teacher training in the future• Recent graduates or candidates with GCSE-level tutoring experience are particularly encouraged• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Reliable, organised, and committed to supporting pupil progress ..... full job details .....
