The CBPM Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing commercial relationships across Syri''s cannabis-based products for medicinal use (CBPM) business. The role is primarily focused on account management, customer service and revenue growth, with approximately 15-20% dedicated to new business development through targeted prospecting and lead generation. Key responsibilities include acting as the main commercial contact for assigned customers, building trusted relationships and developing account plans aligned to customer needs and growth objectives. The Account Executive supports onboarding, product launches, packaging coordination, order progression and ongoing supply requirements while providing timely responses to customer enquiries and resolving service issues through effective internal collaboration. The role is responsible for delivering revenue, margin and account growth targets by identifying opportunities to expand existing customer relationships through additional products, services and long-term partnerships. This includes maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, preparing quotations and commercial proposals, supporting forecasting activities and working with Finance on invoicing and account queries.
