Reporting to the Construction Director, you''ll support departments including Pre-Construction, Commercial, and Project Delivery. The role combines office management, executive support, and HR/admin coordination to ensure a smooth, compliant, and well-organised workplace.Key responsibilities:Oversee daily office operations, facilities, supplies, and HandS complianceCoordinate staff onboarding, equipment, and inductionMaintain employee records, support HR admin, and assist with recruitmentProcess invoices, track budgets, and support tender/project document controlProvide PA support to senior leadership (meetings, diaries, travel)Maintain compliance records, policies, and GDPR/data handlingOrganise internal communications, events, and training daysWhat you''ll need:Experience in Office Management or similar role (construction or related sectors ideal)Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skillsConfident working with senior stakeholdersProficient in MS Office; knowledge ..... full job details .....
