Please see below for further details: Spanish Teacher Location - Southport, PR8Position - Spanish TeacherStart date - As soon as possibleFull time/part time - Full time, covering maternity leaveMinimum rate of pay - Paid to scaleHours - 8:00 am - 16:00 pm RESPONSIBILITIES Designing lesson plans aligned with standards, teaching grammar, and vocabularySetting and marking classwork, homework, and exams; tracking progress to identify areas for improvement.Maintaining a positive, encouraging and safe environment.Reporting progress to parents, attending staff meetings, and collaborating with departments.Staying current with teaching techniques and curriculum changes. EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Fluency in SpanishTeaching qualification with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)Previous experience working with young people in a school settingUp to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as some training is provided) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UKHold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.Provide two professional references.
