Home Manager
Bright Selection are pleased to be supporting a regional care home operator in the appointment of an experienced Home Manager for one of their successful residential homes in York.
This role offers the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding and well resourced provider with a lovely culture.
We are seeking an experienced manager who can lead a large team and home.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing a Good rated care homes
- Positive and engaging leadership style
- L5 / L4 Management or equivalent qualification
- Proven ability in budget preparation and control
- Excellent knowledge of CQC legislation
Responsibilities
- To ensure that the highest level of care standards are maintained at all times through quality assurance monitoring
- To maintain a proactive and positive approach to complaints
- To ensure that systems are used effectively to monitor the quality of service provision
- Recruit, develop and train staff within QCF framework
- Motivate and manage staff team to achieve agreed targets and deadlines
- Assist in setting the annual budget for the home, monitor and control budgets on an ongoing basis
- Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of strategies and plans
- Market and promote the business to external agencies and within the wider community
Remuneration
- Salary offered in the region of -60,000 - -65,000 plus benefits
