Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery andamp; Teaching
Teach Resistant Materials and Graphics to GCSE and BTEC level, engaging students with creative and practical learning.
Create a vibrant and supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to think critically, experiment, and innovate.
Planning, Assessment andamp; Feedback
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to student needs using a variety of teaching strategies and technologies.
Regularly assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback that helps guide their learning journey.
Promoting Design andamp; Technology
Champion the subject by highlighting its real-world applications and the wide range of career opportunities in design and engineering.
Lead exciting, hands-on project work that develops students'' technical and creative skills.
