This opportunity would suit a candidate with some previous HR experience. Whether it is HR administration or assistant experience, we would love to hear from you.Salary 30,000 - 33,000pa + amazing benefitsMonday - Friday Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office)Duties:Provide HR related support to managers and employees within the organisationAssist with the implementation and coordination of key HR projects and processesManage the shared HR email inboxManage the onboarding process for new employeesMaintain up-to-date employee records on the HR databaseProvide support with payroll, ensuring accurate information is processed each monthPrepare and maintain HR data reports and recordsProvide support and guidance to managers on employee relationsSupport employee wellbeingCandidate requirements:Some previous experience within an HR environment is essentialCandidates MUST be based within a reasonable commute of WatfordExperience handling Hr queriesExperience of working in an environment where tasks can change, often at short noticeExperience of all MS Office packages in particular Word, Outlook and ExcelThink Human Resources is the HR division of Think Specialist Recruitment, an independently owned recruitment business.
