Associate Director of NursingContract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to FridayLocation: Home based Salary: Up to £55,000 per annumAs Associate Director of Nursing at Medigold Health, you will play a key strategic and clinical leadership role, oversee the quality and consistency of our nursing services, and support the continued growth and development of our Occupational Health function.You ll be responsible for leading and shaping our national team of Occupational Health Nurses, ensuring high standards of clinical care, service delivery, and professional development across the board. Working closely with internal teams and external clients, you ll drive continuous improvement, lead on the implementation of new policies and procedures, and act as a senior clinical voice in key decision-making forums.Drawing on your leadership experience and clinical expertise, you ll support recruitment activity, oversee CPD and revalidation processes, and provide mentorship to Nurse Managers.
