As the business continues to expand its property portfolio and investor base, this newly appointed senior leadership position offers the opportunity to shape the finance function, strengthen financial controls and play a key role in supporting the Group''s next stage of growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will take ownership of the Group''s financial operations across multiple companies and property-owning entities, combining hands-on financial management with strategic commercial support to the Board and senior leadership team. Key responsibilities Take full ownership of the Group finance function, overseeing financial reporting, statutory accounts, VAT, compliance and financial controls across multiple entities. Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, consolidated financial reporting, cash-flow forecasts and Board reporting. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing commercial insight to support investment decisions, property acquisitions and portfolio growth. Manage Group cash flow, treasury activities and investor dividend distributions, ensuring accurate reporting and appropriate financial controls.
