Hardware Asset Management (HAM) ArchitectLocation: RemoteDuration: 2 months initial Our Client is hiring for a reputed client for an exciting Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Architect contract role, focused on shaping how physical technology assets are planned, governed, tracked and disposed of across their life cycle. What you''ll be doing:* Define and govern an enterprise Hardware Asset Management strategy, operating model and roadmap* Lead target-state HAM processes and governance structures, including standards and controls for life cycle management* Govern end-to-end asset life cycle activities: planning, procurement, receipt, deployment, moves/adds/changes, maintenance/refresh, replacement, retirement and disposal* Drive CMDB alignment and asset repository consistency, improving inventory and configuration data integrity* Design integrations across asset life cycle, including CMDB platforms, discovery tools, procurement, ERP and service management ecosystems* Partner with finance and procurement to support forecasting, depreciation tracking, cost allocation and TCO analysis-identifying utilisation and investment optimisation opportunities* Support sustainability-led asset retirement, e-waste and data destruction compliance, plus reutilisation/refurbishment and circular economy initiatives* Present asset management insights and recommendations to senior leadership and support audit readiness and compliance outcomesWhat you''ll bring:* Significant experience across ..... full job details .....
