DescriptionAs the Utilities/Energy Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Developing and creating a policy, procedure in alignment to the Energy Act.Manage and optimise bulk electricity, gas, water and associated utility supply across the landlord accounts to the newly appointed provider within agreed timescales.Act as the accountable owner for bulk supply arrangements, ensuring continuity of supply, value for money, regulatory compliance and budget monitoring.Oversee relationships with utility suppliers, network operators, and internal stakeholders.Budget forecasting and utility performance.Monitor consumption across the stock and identify opportunities for reduction and efficiencyEnsure regulatory compliance and adherence to energy reporting standards in alignment to Energy Act 2023.Ensure meter installations, upgrades and metering strategy across the housing assetsOversee billing validation, dispute resolution and cost control.Laise with internal stakeholders to develop a roadmap to prevent duplication of utility processes.Create a process ..... full job details .....
