This role is ideal for a Private Client Paralegal with at least one year''s experience who is looking to gain exposure to high quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.Working alongside experienced Private Client Solicitors, you will assist with a broad range of Private Client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and trusts, while receiving ongoing training and mentoring to support your long term career development.The role is primarily based in London with occasional travel between offices where required.The successful Private Client Paralegal will be involved in:• Assisting with the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust documentation and Deeds of Severance• Supporting the administration of probate and estates, including preparing probate applications and inheritance tax forms• Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries, banks, HMRC and other third parties• Preparing applications to the Probate Registry and Office of the Public Guardian• Assisting with client onboarding, AML compliance and file management• Drafting correspondence, attendance notes ..... full job details .....
