We are excited to be looking for a

Breakfast Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in this field and above all, someone who enjoys being part of team, working with our clients and is enthusiastic, creative and passionate about what they do!Responsibilities include:Assisting the Breakfast Manager and Assistant Breakfast Manager in overseeing the daily breakfast service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Supervise, support, and motivate the breakfast team to deliver outstanding guest service.Greet and engage with guests, handling queries and feedback in a professional manner.Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely replenishment of the buffet and consistent quality.Ensure buffet presentation, dining area, and service standards meet brand requirements.Support the ongoing development of the team.Monitor stock levels, support ordering, and minimise wastage.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.Qualifications:Previous supervisory or senior waiting staff experience in a 4-5 star hotel or high-volume breakfast operation.Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate a team.Excellent guest service, communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure during peak breakfast hours.Fluent in English
