About the role We are looking for a Programme Manager to provide academic leadership for our Masters Programmes at the Fashion Retail Academy. The Programme Manager will ensure high-quality design, effective delivery, and continuous enhancement of the programme, while maintaining excellent academic standards and strong student outcomes. Working collaboratively with academic and professional services colleagues, you will champion teaching excellence, enhance the student experience, and support learner progression and success. This is a teaching-focused leadership role with up to 450 hours of teaching per year across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. You will play an active role in delivering inspiring, high-quality teaching, including specialist delivery, timetabled sessions, and collaborative team teaching, helping to shape an excellent student experience.
