Duties Planning and delivering engaging learning activities across the curriculum. Supporting class teachers with differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners. Covering lessons as needed, ensuring continuity of learning. Supporting behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment. Qualifications Holds a HLTA qualification or equivalent (essential) Has experience working in a primary school setting, ideally across a range of year groups. Demonstrates a passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of children. Is proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
