Clients operate across all stages of the business lifecycle, from high-growth start-ups through to established international groups.The role offers a balanced mix of advisory and compliance work, including MandA structuring and due diligence, exit and succession planning, group reorganisations, international expansion, and ongoing corporate tax compliance and reporting.You will take ownership of complex engagements, overseeing delivery across both advisory and compliance streams while ensuring high-quality output and strong client service.
