We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the manufacture of our award-winning Bikehangars.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your day behind a desk. You'll be on the shop floor, supporting a team of four, maintaining quality standards and helping us improve how we build our products as the business continues to grow.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and motivating a team of four production operatives
• Working alongside the team to build products
• Planning daily production to meet customer demand
• Carrying out final quality inspections before products leave the factory
• Identifying improvements to production processes and build quality
• Training and supporting new team members
• Working closely with Operations and Warehouse teams to keep production running smoothly
• Recording production information using NetSuite (or a similar ERP system)

What we're looking for

You'll probably have experience as a:

• Production Supervisor
• Production Team Leader
• Manufacturing Supervisor
• Assembly Supervisor
• Workshop Supervisor

You'll also have:

• Experience working within a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Previous experience supervising or leading a production team
• Strong quality control and inspection experience
• A practical, hands-on approach
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Health & Safety within manufacturing

It would be great if you also have:

• NetSuite or ERP experience
• Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing experience
• ISO 9001 knowledge
