This role provides expert BCR-related advice, guidance, and support to country-level Business Units and Global Functions. By fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders at both country and functional levels, including Customer Service and Supply Chain, Public Affairs Communications and Sustainability, People and Culture, BPT, Finance, and risk owners/SMEs, as well as global and Business Unit-level stakeholders including The Coca-Cola Company, you will ensure the effective deployment of global BCR initiatives. These initiatives are aligned with business priorities and designed to enhance the organization''s resilience. What to Expect: • Lead the delivery of global and European initiatives within the BCM Programme across CCEP and local markets, addressing issues, improving effectiveness, expanding coverage, and delivering efficiencies.
