My client has been in business for over 20 years and specalises in creating bespoke innovative spaces in a variety of sectors incluidng offices, laboratories, retail and education. With a management team conisisting of a combined 200 years experience in the commercial fit-out industry, you will be surrounded by some knoweldgeable and experienced individuals. A testament to my client''s abilities and stellar reputation, they were awarded Fit-Out of the Year in South and South Wales last year for one of their outstanding projects. About the role: As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Estimators with the aim of securing future fit-out and refurbishment projects. The role will be split between my client s office in the south of Oxford, home, and projects across London and the South West. You will report directly to the Managing Director and will be measured on your ability to price competitive tenders with the aim of winning work.
