Role: Room LeaderSalary: £26,936Hours: 37 hours per week (4 days)Area: LeytonstoneOur client in currently seeking a strong Room Leader to work at their baby room in Leytonstone in East London.Job Details:Supporting Staff in the allocated rooms and ensuring adult/child ratios are metObserving children and managing their learning and development recordsTo work with EYFS Curriculum and planning exciting age appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors.Be a key person, complete observations and reports where required.To build positive relationships parents and Ofsted.Working to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding and Health and Safety.Attending staff meetings and training as required.To maintain confidentiality.Must be Level 3 qualified.Must have a clean DBS which is either valid or on update service.Must have 2 references.Must be a strong team player and leader.Benefits:This is a permanent role which we are keen to interview some fantastic candidates who are looking to progress their carer and join this lovely team.
