Lead the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant design solutionsOversee engineers, CAD technicians, and graduatesEnsure adherence to technical and industry standardsApprove design deliverables, reports, and specificationsManage project changes and estimate design hoursPresent at key meetingsQualifications
