They’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in fast paced, multi project environments and can bring both structure and commercial acumen to the table.Responsibilities

Lead end to end delivery of multiple high value projects for big name clientsAct as the senior point of contact for clients, building trust, running meetings, and influencing outcomesDrive project profitability and identify opportunities for account growthMentor and coach other PMs to raise delivery standards across the teamBring calm, clarity, and structure to complex, multi-stakeholder programmesCoordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategic, digital) to deliver seamless resultsQualifications

Proven experience managing large scale, complex projects within an agency or consultancy settingCommercially sharp, capable of managing budgets and influencing growthConfident communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders and exec level clientsOrganised, structured, and resilient under pressureSkilled in project tools (Excel, Gantt, timelines) with a keen eye for detailBonus points

APM, PMI or Agile certificationCoaching or mentoring experienceBackground in internal comms, people engagement, or creative deliveryWhy join?
