OverviewHartlepool Borough Council is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated community nursery nurse to work in the 0-19 Early Help Service as part of the wider multidisciplinary team to provide an effective, high quality service to families.

As a CNN based in Family Hubs you will work with children predominantly aged under 5 and their families to support growth and development in line with the Healthy Child Programme.

Responsibilities

Work in the 0-19 Early Help Service as an integral part of the wider multidisciplinary team to provide an effective, high quality service to families.

Support the growth and development of children predominantly aged under 5 in line with the Healthy Child Programme.

Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills; work as part of a team and use your own initiative.

Participate in induction, training, shadowing and a mentorship package tailored to your individual needs.

Be aware that this post is subject to safer recruitment checks and DBS clearance at the appropriate level.

Requirements / Qualifications

Enthusiastic and motivated community nursery nurse with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work with families and young children, and to use your own initiative.

Willingness to undertake induction, training, shadowing and a tailored mentorship package.

DBS clearance at the appropriate level (Safer Recruitment).
