This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, improving supply chain performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities Logistics and Operations Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manage logistics operations, working closely with suppliers, transportation providers, and customers. Ensure products are delivered on time, at the right quality, and in the most cost-effective manner. Monitor quality, delivery times, transport costs, and overall logistics performance. Negotiate contracts with carriers and logistics service providers. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives by optimising logistics processes. Resolve logistics challenges, including import/export issues and customer concerns. Ensure compliance with export regulations, inventory control, and warehouse management best practices.
