IT Support Analyst - Entry Level/Service Desk

IT Support - Infrastructure - Growth and Training available - 1st/2nd Line Support - Growing Business - Permanent - West London. Dentro are supporting a business that have seriously ambitious plans and are growing. This role is due to demand from the business and their technology agenda moving forward. The ideal candidate will have a good grounding in technology support and be willing to get hands on with a range of tasks.Responsibilities
Provide hands-on, onsite IT support for the offices and the business; be prepared to assist where needed, including hardware (e.g., printer) fixes and software upgrades.Support a roadmap of technology upgrades and migrations; collaborate with a capable team to evolve the role as technology needs grow.Work across MS 365, Azure environments, and related tools; exposure to Intune, Entra, Windows Servers, TCP/IP, and cybersecurity protocols is desirable.Support network and infrastructure components; any networking exposure is beneficial.Be comfortable with on-call work and be within 30 minutes of site in West London.Qualifications and skills
Grounding in technology support with base technical knowledge across the listed areas; willingness to learn and grow.Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment and contribute to both software and hardware tasks.Additional details
There is on-call work and you will need to be within 30 minutes of site which is West London. The role is hands-on and onsite, with opportunities to grow as the technology roadmap progresses.Notes
