Premier League Offices, Paddington, W2 1HQThis is an exciting opportunity to provide assistance to the Premier League''s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Finance Department. The day-to-day duties of this role will vary depending on business activity and priorities.The role will suit someone who thrives working in a dynamic environment, with first class organisation and communication skills, an enthusiasm to deliver, and high levels of accuracy in their work. They will need an ability to multi-task, establish excellent internal and external working relationships and have a collaborative can-do attitude.This role will be office-based with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week depending on the requirements of the CFO on any given week.Who we are

Providing executive support to the CFO, including but not limited to:Diary managementTravel arrangementsEnsure relevant, advance meeting papers and/or briefing documents are prepared, collated and professionally presented in a timely mannerExpense and invoice managementWork collaboratively with the Premier League Executive Assistant teamAssist with the preparation of high-quality reports, presentations and other documentation, following the corporate brand guidelines; including a combination of written, presentation and proof-reading skillsProxy for CFO''s company credit cardManage hospitality submissions, allocations, and logisticsDraft, prepare, and send correspondence (emails and letters) on behalf of the CFOManage day to day insurance queries from both staff and Clubs, and maintain regular correspondence with insurance brokerLog and track insurance claims made by Premier League staffManage the administration of the annual insurance renewal process - collating, preparing, and providing renewal documentation and informationProviding day to day administrative support to the Finance Team:Event planning and organisation, including the annual CFO meetingProviding holiday cover for Accounts Payable teamMaintain efficient electronic and paper filing, archive systems and contact databases for the Finance DepartmentOrganising team meetings and preparing agendasHMRC certification (collection, filing, chasing)Coordinate, submit, and track hospitality requests for Finance, IT, Office Services, and Procurement teamsAssist in Withholding Tax certificate requestsCollecting Club submissions via emailProxy for Director of Finance''s company credit cardAssist with various tasks involving MS OfficeManage and submit company-wide staff charitable donationsTravel arrangements for the teamRequirements for the role

Previous executive support experience, preferably to a CFOPast corporate event management experience is preferredExcellent attention to detail and deadlines, taking pride in the quality of work producedMicrosoft Office skills (especially in Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretionA hardworking, self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a flexible and collaborative working approachAn ability to grasp requirements quickly and accuratelyStrong interpersonal and literacy skills with the ability to interact well with people at all levelsFirst-class communication skillsA willingness to provide support across the organisation, as and when requiredSafeguarding
