Purchase Ledger Manager

Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger professional ready to lead a high-performing team in a values-driven, supportive organisation? We''re currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Manager to join a well-established business with a strong focus on people, performance, and continuous improvement. As Purchase Ledger Manager, you''ll take full ownership of the purchase ledger function across two legal entities, supporting a 40m turnover business spanning seven centres. You''ll lead a committed team and play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounts payable processes. Key Responsibilities:Manage and support a team of five Purchase Ledger professionalsOversee invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment runsLead weekly team meetings and manage team performanceHandle supplier queries and escalate issues as neededAssist in cashflow forecasting and supplier payment planningMaintain oversight of ledger health through regular checksContribute to sustainability and data reporting as requiredWe''re looking for a confident, hands-on leader with a background in Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable.
