The Opportunity The firm''s Costs team is now seeking a qualified Costs Lawyer to join its London office, supporting its Injury departments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist in-house costs function within a market-leading disputes practice. The role will involve a broad range of contentious and advisory costs work, including: Advisory and management: Advising internally on costs issues and strategyPreparing costs budgets and attending Costs Management HearingsActive costs management and budget monitoring (including use of costs software)Advising on costs offers and funding/retainer documentation Drafting and advocacy: Preparing breakdowns for negotiationDrafting formal bills of costsManaging the ..... full job details .....
