This is a varied role that sits across finance, operations and freelancer management, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys having ownership, working closely with people and keeping the detail of a business running smoothly. You''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day Accounts Payable function, while also playing a key role in the onboarding and ongoing management of a busy freelance workforce. From processing invoices and running payments through to managing contracts, timesheets, and compliance checks, you''ll be central to ensuring freelancers have a seamless experience and are paid accurately and on time. Finance and Accounts Payable Own the day-to-day Accounts Payable process. Process supplier and freelancer invoices accurately and efficiently. Prepare and manage regular payment runs. Reconcile invoices, payments and accounts. Manage expenses and wider finance administration. Maintain accurate financial records using Xero and other systems. Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly. Liaise with external accountants and provide information as required. Support cash-flow monitoring and financial reporting.
