Project Manager - Technology & Transformation, Healthcare

My client is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead technology and business change initiatives within a complex, regulated environment. This role requires someone who can take ownership of project delivery, manage stakeholders effectively, and drive progress across multiple teams.

Key Requirements

• Experience delivering technology, digital, operational, or transformation projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong planning, governance, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Confident managing risks, resolving issues, and maintaining delivery momentum.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and providing executive-level updates.
• Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or similar delivery methodologies.
• Self-sufficient, organised, and comfortable driving outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Desirable Experience

• Experience within healthcare or other highly regulated sectors.
• Exposure to EPR, PAS or EMR systems, alongside integrations, infrastructure change, or digital transformation programmes.
• Understanding of change management, business readiness, and benefits realisation.
